Art Thief

had downloaded the PSD BASE Color File that i put up from the lineart by and i could tell that he had downloaded my version as i had added to the lineart (shoulder area, i even put the markings on the thunder god kunai myself with the pen tool and other little areas) and yet is claiming rights over it when it clearly doesn't belong to him when the lineart clearly belongs to  and at least credit me for the changes and base
